# Mars Move-In

> Mars Move-In is an interactive digital colony built on real Martian coordinates, where people and brands claim a plot, build a habitat and get their own Mars address. Plots start at $5 and every habitat gets an address like marsmovein.com/name. Anyone can take over a habitat for 1.25x its value; the previous owner gets Oxygen Credits.

Mars Move-In is an interactive digital colony and billboard experience built on real Mars geography. Daylight, night and shadows follow the real local time at each colony. A plot is a display spot, not land, real estate, an NFT, a cryptocurrency, a security or an investment. Oxygen Credits only buy plots and have no cash value. Payments are one-time card payments through Stripe.
