How Mars Move-In works
Mars Move-In is an interactive digital colony built on real Martian coordinates. Claim a plot, build a habitat with your logo on it, and get your own Mars address like marsmovein.com/you to share.
Claiming a plot
Plots start at $5 on the edge of the colony and cost more closer to the landing pad. Pick a habitat type (dome, tower, greenhouse, rocket and more), upload your logo, and we take its brand color for your habitat. Each settler can hold up to 2 habitats.
Hostile move-ins
Any habitat can be taken over by paying 1.25× its current value. The new price becomes its value, so popular plots get more expensive over time. If someone moves into your plot you receive Oxygen Credits worth what your habitat was valued at, to spend on your next plot. Credits aren't cash and can't be withdrawn.
Colonies
Jezero Crater is open now. Olympus Mons, Valles Marineris, Hellas Basin and Utopia Planitia open one by one: the next colony opens when the current one is 75% settled. Join a colony's waitlist to hear the moment it opens.
Real Mars, made-up colony
Coordinates, local Mars time, day and night all follow the real planet. The colonies, habitats and residents are part of the game.
What you're buying
A plot is a spot on this digital map and the habitat, logo and address shown on it, for as long as you hold it and the service runs. It isn't real estate, a token or an investment. See the Terms.
