Content Rules

1. You're responsible

You're responsible for the name, logo, colors, description, address and link on your habitat, and you must have the right to use them.

2. Not allowed

• Illegal content, or links to illegal goods or services
• Hate, harassment, threats or violent extremism
• Sexual content, or anything sexualising minors
• Impersonating a person or brand, or using a trademark or logo you don't have rights to
• Scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive links
• Personal information about someone else

3. Restricted

Gambling, alcohol, tobacco, crypto, financial products, weapons, health claims and political ads must follow the law where they're offered and may be removed if they're misleading.

4. Report a habitat

Email hello@marsmovein.com with the habitat's address and what's wrong. For trademark or copyright complaints, say what you own and include proof you're the owner or authorised to act for them.

5. What we do

We review reports, usually within a few days. We may edit, hide or remove content, change a habitat's name or logo to a neutral one, or remove the habitat. Removed content isn't refunded.

6. Reasons and review

If we act on your habitat we'll tell you why by email, and you can reply to ask us to look again.

7. Repeated breaches

Accounts that break these rules repeatedly or seriously can be closed, and their Oxygen Credits end.

8. Rankings and visibility

Rankings are calculated from values, visits and clicks. We may exclude habitats under review or ones that try to fake visits.

9. Legal requests

We cooperate with valid legal requests and may preserve evidence of abuse.
