Mars Move-In (marsmovein.com) is operated by Vidyuth Subbaiah, an individual sole proprietor based in the United States. Contact: hello@marsmovein.com. A postal address is available on request.

2. Purpose

Mars Move-In is an interactive digital colony and billboard experience built on real Mars geography, where users claim plots and display habitats with their own names, logos and links.

3. Intellectual property

The site, map, habitat art, software and the Mars Move-In name belong to the operator. Names, logos and content added by users belong to them or their licensors and are shown under the license in the Terms.

4. Links and availability

Habitats link to websites we don't control and aren't responsible for. We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

5. Communications

We email you sign-in links, receipts, and notices about your habitats (such as a takeover). We don't send marketing email unless you ask to hear about a colony opening.
